increase text size in internet explorer

You may find it difficult to see the text on a computer screen and wish to make it larger.

The information that follows relates to Internet Explorer only and will differ with other web browsers.

Click on 'View' on the toolbar at the top of the screen (in small writing!). Then click on 'Text Size' (or 'Fonts') for a choice of different sizes. Then click on 'Largest' to make type in most webpage much larger. There may be a button on the toolbar to do this.

Once you've clicked on 'Largest', it will stay like this until you alter it again.

If you have a wheel mouse, there is an even easier way to change the text size. In Internet Explorer, simply hold the ctrl key while you spin the mouse wheel up to increase text size, or down to decrease text size.

Pictures stay the same size, and the toolbar and address bar stay the size they are.
