Blue Badge holders

There are three parking spaces reserved for Blue Badge holders at the front of the building, and a ramp gives wheelchair access from street level to the foyer, Box Office and auditorium. You may need to pay in the council car parks, please check the sign on arrival.

Closest car park: Billet Lane, Hornchurch | Code for RingGo parking app: 41302 (admin fee applies). This car park does not take cash, all machines are now card only. For a guide on how to use the payment terminals can be found here. If you wish to pay cash, please go to your nearest Paypoint shop (Hornchurch Convenience Store, North Street) and quote the location reference.

Tariffs apply 24hr a day, including Bank Holidays, Public Holidays. Open 24 hours with a max stay of 12 hours. If one of the machines is not operational please use the alternative machine (entrance and rear of the car park), the Phone and Pay facility, or the app. If this is not possible, please find an alternative place to park. You will be fined.

Productions in the Auditorium

Children aged 2 and under can sit on a lap and do not need a ticket, unless information stated in the shows promotional materials or website page deny entry to children under a specified age.

Under 14s MORE LESS

All children aged under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) while in the building, and must be seated next to an accompanying adult (18+) when watching a performance.
