Terms and Conditions Premium and Saver Season Tickets are for Queen’s Theatre Productions only and do not include pantomime, guest shows, foyer shows, children’s shows or amateur productions. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Season Ticket purchases are non-refundable. All seats are subject to availability. Once bought money cannot be refunded. However, tickets can be exchanged for performances of the same production subject to availability and for a fee of £1 per ticket. Reserved seats for each production must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance of performance or they will be released. The Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch reserves the right, if necessary, to alter listed productions.
