Created in response to a number of provocations, this community-led piece explores body image, menstruation, menopause and aging through original songs, scenes, monologues and poetry. With a cast of over 30 women spanning three generations, many of whom writing for the stage for the first time, Oestrogen Assemble will make you laugh, as well as offering you space to reflect.
Local Girl Productions is a women-only participatory theatre company, telling extraordinary stories about ordinary humans.

Hansel + Gretel’s attempt to get home soon gets side-tracked – quite literally – by a trail of treats too good to resist and a seemingly-sweet stranger with a plan all of her own…

In that time she has been a semi-finalist on Britain’s Got Talent, performed her show Off-Broadway, and performed at libraries, festivals, prides, museums and theatres all over the UK.
Top comedians Jen Brister and Francesca Martinez have toured the world with their shows and are now reaching the pinnacle of their careers as they bring their acclaimed comedy to Hornchurch!
Francesca is wobbly and Jen is beige. Both of them are Spanish-ish and they’ve been pals for years. Between them, they’ve done loads of telly, including Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week, QI, Frankie Boyle’s New World Order, Extras, The Jonathan Ross Show and Russell Howard’s Good News.
